There's no such thing as "the best wedding gift a woman can give to her husband", because men are actually individuals and do not all share the same desires or personality. The "best gift" is whatever that particular husband would like most. Ditto for the best gift a man can give to his wife, the best gift a woman can give to her wife, the best gift a man can give to his husband, etc.

To answer the main point: Agree to it? No thanks, no sex for me ever, though I appreciate the offer. Agree with it? I'm generally of the opinion that everyone should make their own choices about if, when, how, and with whom they have sex. If you want to wait till marriage, go ahead: if you want to have sex as soon as possible, go ahead.

this is an idea from before a time when we had effective means of controlling reproduction, and is based on the idea that an invisible man in the sky says that sex is bad.

I'm not talking about teenagers who aren't responsible about it. I'm talking about the actual act of pre-marital sex. But since you asked, not as many teenagers are having sex responsibly because of their lack of knowledge about the topic. Some parents also discourage the school's ability to teach sex education and the distribution of contraception on the grounds that it might 'expose them to sexual temptation'.

Anyway, I don't understand you're first sentence. It takes people to have pre-marital sex, whether they're teenagers or not.
And they're starting sex-ed in most middle schools now, so I have no idea what you're talking about for the rest of that post either. When were you a teenager? 30 years ago? Everyone in high school's already had sex ed.

I know that I'm completely out numbered here, but I am very against pre-marital sex, sex without any promise of marriage, sex outside of marriage, homosexual activity(I'm not against the individuals, I am against the act. It's yucky in my own opinion), etc.

My reasons: my mother is an ignorant selfish slut, and if she were a whore, we'd be rich.

She betrayed her family, my dad, me, and my little brother, to satisfy her weak willed urges.

Family is one of the biggest priorities to me and if you look at the basics of sex: reason for sex=reproduction=creation of family
should any child be brought into this world without the support of a loving family? If you look at the average human being, their personalities, opinions, habits, political and social views and much more of themselves are formed during their childhoods. Families are there to raise healthy children, to be healthy themselves.

I am not okay with sex out of marriage. I have my reasons.

Well, you know, I think it really depends on how you go about it. I'm glad I had sex before marriage. I married the guy I had sex with and I got the painful part out of the way so that I could enjoy it more on our honeymoon. And if you are serious about the person and want to marry them, I think that trying them out isn't a bad idea. You don't want to be married to someone that you are not compatible with in bed. Divorce is expensive and while marriage isn't all about sex, that may be the one thing that really divides you, especially if one wants it while the other doesn't have the heart to say "you kinda fail at it."

This is all my two cents. I grew up in a conservative, Christian home. I still consider myself a Christian, believing the MAIN points to Christianity. I just differ on some of the smaller details.
