You don't get citizenship where you are conceived. You get citizenship where you are born. You use the term "child" without understanding what it legally and medically means. Also, what about not forcing children to carry their rapists' children? Most rapes happen to people under age 25. So what happens if you are too traumatized to deal with pregnancy? Abortion is a right because the government shouldn't answer personal questions like that for us.

You should be prepared to do something because women who cannot handle having children will give birth. If a pregnancy cannot be terminated, what happens to the baby?
