WHY THE ******** do I have to sit in the ******** computer lab, doing an assignment that can be easily finished within an hour, and having it finished in 5 hours due to the fact I can't stop thinking these thoughts! I CAN'T ******** FOCUS!

You could see a therapist to talk about coping strategies-

Even if you can't fully get rid of it you can at least try and fight it. 3nodding

You get used to it. Or you become like me, stuck at home because you can't get out of your own head long enough to participate with ordinary human beings in some ordinary manner.
I know how you feel... I don't know.. My (sexual)ocd is pretty much triggered by other things.. so like.. just find out what is really bothering you and deal with that

No, ignore that s**t.

Listen, I have OCD too and even though I don't get a whole lot of obtrusive thoughts, I get it. Is there any way you could see a therapist? It could really help you learn to deal with this stuff well enough that it won't interrupt and disrupt daily life.
