so, this is basically a double question

i wasn't really sure about which forum i should post this under, so i used my best judgment and choose sociology and psychology. but, particularly psychology. i feel as though fetishes must be linked to something psychological. whether it be a childhood event or otherwise. i like to read about and study psychology, but i have never come across much about fetishes aside from through talk radio. am i incorrect about my prediction of psychologically linked fetishes?

next, i would like to assess fetishes themselves. i find them very interesting and odd. i personally have fetishes with arms/hands/fingers, sharp things, biting, cutting, piercings, scratching, and other things like that. and i also like cold things. i have a friend who likes peaches as a fetish. do any of you folks have any fetishes?

i don't mean to get personal, i just want to know people's views and ideas.
