INTROVERT, EXTROVERT, DOESN'T MATTER!

You forgot ambivert. It does matter. If you bothered to read what people have posted, it has helped some people. Also, you have to realize that depending on the society it can be very hard on people. It's important to know who you are hun.

It's also important to know what I'm quoting, 'hun'.
I think I am both (:
I have taken tests where it's shown that I am an extrovert but I don't mind being alone if I have to be. People make me happy (':

I would prefer company all the time but there are times where I HAVE to be alone. yknow?

I think people can change themselves, it takes time and it's not an instant over the night type of thing. Sometimes something will happen in their life and spark something in them and make them want to change ;3

I think everyone falls within ambivert, because you behave differently in different situations and with different people, I also think external stimulus can have a huge part to play.

If your self-esteem rises, then you'l be more confident thus will be more extroverted in situations.

I can agree that you act differently accordingly, but say you are introverted. You can be just as confident or social as anyone, but you desire not to. You have a preference to be alone or in smaller groups. If your self-esteem rises and that makes you more confident and to be extroverted, I think that just means they were shy, not introverted.
lol introvert here.
people can have a hard time connecting with me, especially new people or narcissistic people.
I know when to talk and voice opinions when im feeling abit more extroverted, depending on company, but other times id rather not say much.

ive always kept to myself, and got jobs done alone

I can relate. I guess in all it's more about preference. I wonder if this has anything to do with independent personalities.
Extrovert for sure.
Probably why I am so good at interviews biggrin

I am a textbook introvert. I have always thought of myelf as a thinker (no pun intended). I go over every word and action before ever making a really strong decision. It's who I am.

Although I can talk to people, preferably in the one on one setting as described, I NEED my alone time. I never thought it was normal to feel as though I had no energy when I walked away from a day spent with others. It was not until I sat down with a therapist and she explained that it was okay for me to "recharge my batteries". Ever since then I have set aside time in my schedule that is for me. And it works! I feel so much better as a person as a result.
