If you can't control your mind then you stuck where you're bored for.. LOL..

I don't know how to say but keep on your eye then talk to yourself - boring such noting the best to do or you make somethin the same type of activity.. XC.. that's very hard to be fun..

what are you waiting for? Make a new lifestyle. Don't understand? Here a little tips:

1st, close your eyes and calm down your mind - it is work if your not listen any sound.
2nd, do not make any activity for a while.
3rd, listen your heart (what you very need)
4th, stand up and choose your first must do...
5th, keep continue for a several time.

Unfortunately, make sure your condition in healthy not sick.
