i pretty much never lash out in anger. I hold it in and when i feel like im about to explode i try to hold it in even harder with success. And that usually leads to some sort of self harm or self sabotaging act. (im ganna send you a friends request if you dont mind. smile Youre actually the first person i have talked to that also has BPD)

I've met and talk to a few others with BPD.

It's a learning experance that's for sure, to be able to talk to someone who understands (and doesn't just say they do) what you're going through and have been through.
