I thought the ending was very mellow and low key, instead of being the more upbeat, lots of energy event that the closing ceremonies usually brings us; it was more of the same subdued precise nature that the opening ceremonies had. It was still well done dont get me wrong, just the excitement level of celebrating all that happened was not there. Pyeonchang's display was also subdued. Really missed the happy, energetic celebration that a closing ceremony should have. All in all great job by Sochi and Russia for a great games. Can not wait 2 years for Rio, now that is going to be an insane off the wall party.

agreed. it was more focused on the saddnes of the games ending rather than "hell yeah, we made iiit!! lets have a party" razz also i was expecting something more excited for Pyeonchan´s display, but i cried in that moment so i guess something moved me XD
despiste all, at the end of the ceremony there was a party with ¿dj kato? with the athletes dancing and partying but they didnt broadcasted (at least not in my country) razz

Rio is always a party ;D I remember when they presented in London.. I WANTED TO DANCE AND JUMP SOO MUCH!!! biggrin I look forward to it whee
