I did have 10. And i just deleted 2 of them, but it still won't let my add any more. I thought the max was 10? But it's not allowing me more than 8

no, I got an answer to this, it has something to do with something that happened on tuesday. and the max to the friendslist is 100, so you still had quite a few before it was acually full.
