Why are my items still frozen

I used paypal so I was subjected to a 7 day freeze so I waited 7 days before buying a bundle but its still frozen...

I'm pretty sure that it is the items that receive the 7 business day freeze period, and not the Cash; be sure to use up all the Gaia Cash before you purchase more, or else it will also result in the freeze period on any items bought with it.
