Where to find GoFusion Unique Charms

Hello, everyone! I've recently been wondering when and where I can find the unique charms used in GoFusion (the ones that look like wings). Have they shown up during the previous events this year? If so, I'm afraid I haven't seen them.

They were originally introduced during the Summer Matsuri event at the end of this summer.
The festival games spawned GoFusion Charms or gold, and the Unique Charms were one of the Charms you could win.
From what I have seen through, the Unique Charms have not been brought back yet, so you can only get them off the Marketplace at the moment.
