Best bet would be to either go looking in the Art Shop forums and see if you can find an artist you like and PM them directly to see if they'd be open to drawing you. It's up to the artist - some are comfortable drawing RL people and others aren't.

The other option would be to make a thread in the Art Request forum asking if anyone would be willing to draw you for x amount of gold or rlc money if you are happy with that route. Then people will post samples direct to you and you can pick and choose which one you'd like to work with.
