There is a glitch on gaia that is on the server that holds the smaller avatar images. Wait it out.

The forums aren't updating the current profile information, so everyone is red xing when they change their avatar.

Also, please remove the gif in your sig (and your sig entirely til these problems are fixed) it is over 5x the allowed file size for sigs. the max is 100k
