what's with these fancy avatars?

i'm collecting my daily chance stuff, and i'm getting the little pop-up for the items...
but on every single pop-up is a picture of 3 fancy avatars.
is this supposed to be on the pop-up? i've never had this happen before.
and i just collected the daily chance on my mules, and it didn't look like this.
in fact, on my mules, i didn't get a pop-up, the page itself changed, and no fancy avatars.

It's meant to be there. It came with the update a while back.

Yes, it's meant to be there as part of the new daily chance.

If the page isn't fully loaded, it normally re-directs me to another page for my daily chance, on that page the avatars don't show up. Although I did have a period shortly after the new daily chance was released where I was taken to said new page every single time. I don't know why it fixed itself, but it did.

i usually use GaiArch to collect all DC's at once on one page,
and that just shows your winnings and nothing else...
but the collector didn't show for me today (they must be updating something)
so it's the first time i've manually collected DC in months.

I am trying to find out why I only see fancy avatars on my main profile's daily chance. Why do they not show up on any of my mules? It's not an issue of waiting for the page to load.
