Unable to change email.

This accounts current email was deleted from the outlook database and does not exist any more, and now I am getting constant account notices telling me an email has been blocked. And since I can't go to the now non-existent email to confirm I'm changing it I'm not sure what to do.

Try filing a ticket with the help center, they may be able to help you out with this.

You don't need the current email to change your account's email. The confirmation is send to the new email, while the old one (if still exist and active) will receive a "notice" of the change.
