They didn't appear under your special tab or all tab?
If more than 24 hours has passed without them appearing, you can file a Billing Inquiry if you bought them with GC or an Account Inquiry--choosing Issues with Items and Gold.
To access the ticket system, there are two ways.
Bottom of the page:

From the Help in the drop down from your user name.
That item appears to be super rare, but it does exist if someone was able to list it in the MP.
