Tip Jar - Tip Count

Hello, so I am wondering how to view my tip jar
I know when you hoover over the 'Tip' button for one of your posts there is a link that says 'Tip Jar' Is that all your tips, or just your tip for that one post?
Cause it's for all your tips ever, mine aren't being counted.
I have been tipped TONS and when I click on that 'Tip Jar' link it tells me everything is at 0

The Tip Jar only measures tips for the specific post that it's above.

I'm not aware of a feature to count all of the tips you receive. I suppose you could keep track manually, like in your journal or something.

Then how do you get the Tipping achievements?
I've tipped people lots and been tipped lots, and I haven't gotten the achievement even saying i was tipped once.
I don't get it.
So do you have to get all 100tips on just one post?

I'm not sure, really. It's entirely possible that the achievement is glitched, and isn't registering when you get tipped.
