emotion_facepalm Oh Gaia... how I enjoy realizing my flaws... in Flynn's Plunder.
Need to investigate Paypal and Debit Cards. I'm still seeing folks posting questions why they can't use it. Which is weird...because they do accept them. O_O;;

Thats different from Monthly Collectables ... so its usually before MCs maybe the week after the start of the month. You can get an idea from the announcements.

It is February 15th.
Once an announcement has been officially made ... well ... once the letters unseal themselves...which usually does before the announcement... that's when you can open them.
