Switchem... Why can't I play it?

So I've heard from friends that there's this game called switchem that I could play but it doesn't seem to be listed in my games.



Is it because I'm new or is it a glitch?

Please help, I wanna do the fun thing ;_;

That game is only available during events normally. It's not available other than that.
