A mod in here yesterday said they were facing glitches with the item. I imagine the issues are continuing

It is a well known issue, and it is being looked into. Just be patient and wait; everyone is pretty much in the same boat. Keep in mind, HQ is pretty much closed during the weekend, so we won't see anything until tomorrow (Monday), at the very least. I'm sure it will be fixed ASAP.

Click the button to Redeem Gaia Gold.
You will obtain your gaia gold and the background if you have reached level 10 smile
