With all the new forums around here it gets hard sometimes figuring out what goes where but if I'm not mistaking if one was to do a public contest it still goes to the chatterbox right? However I'm doing a custom one for my Sailor Moon thread so maybe the GCD? emotion_facepalm I hate how such things confuse me so.
