So I've had an avatar problem for a little while now.

I stopped visiting Gaia in the summer of 2010, and that's when this problem began; my avatar isn't clad in her underwear, but nonexistent.

"The base model does not exist," the pop-up tells me. "Please get nekkid and save your avatar," which I do, and when I attempt to save, it tells me my base model still does not exist.

I've tried every combination of settings, even applying outfits, and nothing works.

As stated in the tags, if aid would be given, I'd be appreciative.

How you tried deleting your avatar, and re-making one?

I'm not quite sure what happened. I attempted to remake an avatar, was told I hadn't deleted mine, tried to delete it, was told I couldn't, realised my avatar was set (in the profile-page) to "Male," and suddenly my avatar was available for editing.

Somehow, what was done worked. Thank you both for your aid.
