I got an extra copy not really sure what to do with it so i was thinking of selling it on here just wondering if it is against the ToS. Or any of the other extremely strict gaia rules.

Yes, it is against Gaia's rules to trade anything offsite (except art or writing) for Gaia gold or items. You'll probably be banned for Offsite Trading if you do it.

In addition to it not being allowed anywhere on Gaia, it's not allowed by Mojang, so selling the code can actually get both you and the person who bought it banned on Minecraft.
