I paid for
Astra: Mini Black Flapping Devil Wings on the
market and I did not receive them in my inventory.
Who should I report this to?

If I were you I'd also check your Store Log > Items You Bought. Find the transaction and take a screenshot, it may be useful eventually.

By the way, it might be worth it to ask the seller if they have Astra: Mini Black Flapping Devil Wings in their inventory. If they ask you why you could say you bought one from them but are experiencing a weird glitch and their confirmation would be helpful.

Good luck with the ticket and recovering your item.
