Reactivate another account

How do I get my older account reactivated, wanna get some old items from it for this one. It's been well over a year since it's logged in so it keeps pulling up some reactivate bullcrap but when I click on the link it asks me to log in and brings me back to the same damn page.

If the account has sat idle for over a year, it's been hit with an inactivity lockout. You're going to have to submit a ticket to General Account Inquiry about "Six Month Reactivation" in order to regain access to the account.

I had tried to login and report it but i had accidently exited out of the page before I copied the stuff from it. Then tried logging back in with the account to prompt the message again and it kept asking me to log in. I figured it out though, thanks : )
