https://www.gaiaonline.com/supportal/login/?task=ticket this is the things I was supposed to copy and paste I wanted to open my purple pepper21 account but since I wasn't on it for awhile I need to reopen it a different way using the ticket info I pasted on here im confused as to how to do this ..thank you for any help..

So your ticket closed on you? Go to the email of the account you used to file the ticket and reply to the email sent by Gaia. That will reopen the ticket.
