Normally, you would click on your profile, and then you go and edit your profile. There is a frame where you can add a signature.

Unfortunately, the edit profile option is currently down. Please be patient, and maybe explore the forums instead.

If you go to 'Edit Profile' after clicking 'Profile' there should be a box when you scroll down that lets you create a Signature.
