Please help, i can't open my gifts!!

i've tried opening the gifts that i have gotten off the shopkeepers, and they won't open, i've tried several times, but it won't let me open them, any tips? or is anyone else having the same prob?

its a glitch, try this:

right click the yes when it asks if you want to open presents
select the copy shortcut
paste into the address bar
change where it says dale or clyde to reinhart

Open the gift into a new window (Select 'yes' in this manner) and change the address from 'dale' to 'reinhart'.

for me it doesnt show the dale server like it usually does... stressed
