So my question is, since it is an lqi does it still have it's own rules for the 25 dolls made, or does it fall under all of the other lqi items?

Is it really going to be a LQI? I think there will only be 25 copies and it's up to you to distribute it. I'm not sure if you can have more made for some cost though.

probably limited to 25 since I remember BRAIN saying something about gaia mods respecting his custom doll and refusing to distribute an additional one to a contest winner
