well i donated a while ago and i have yet to get my letter aswell. i think this is a rising prolbem.

I sent in my donation on the 25th(very early 25th, almost the 24th) and I have yet to recieve my letters. I have already sent in a feedback form with all the info from my Paypal receipt, and I hope all goes well.
