Why does the next day start at 3:00am and is there any way to change it?

It's based on Pacific Standard Time. That's when Gaia's midnight is based. You are on the East Coast?

That means you are 3 hours ahead of Gaia. The only way to change that is to physically move to California where Gaia HQ is based.

Nope. You'll just get a different time and get really confused. Essentially the day will change when it changes for Gaia HQ. It's meant to follow their office hours.
