My inventory says my items aren't equipped

even though they clearly are?
I have three pages of inventory and on the third page I have three items that aren't shadowed in saying I have them equipped like the other two on the page. I'm a little worried haha just wanted to bring this to someones attention. Not sure if it's the inventory arrangers fault or what not. Be aware I haven't changed my avatar since probably twelve hours ago when I bought a few items to add to the avatar. They were shadowed out then but now they aren't. It was brought to my attention when I bought an item for another user that I have equipped.
