Missing Achievements: Contributor and Voter

So, the achievements mentioned in the subject are listed in my available achievements, and I have posted a topic and voted in a poll since they were available, yet they have not moved to Completed Achievements. Is there some other requirement I'm unaware of?

Sometimes achievements are delayed with granting, or they need others to be completed first
