marketplace serial location problem

I keep getting this error:

when I try to buy c's sketchbook. doesn't matter which listing I try on the marketplace, I still end up with this. any ideas on how to fix it?
for the record: I did clear my cache and log out and back in. twice. any help is appreciated. thank you in advance.

Glitch is back. If I remember correctly, that means that the item has been bought, but the listing failed to update. Try buying the next in line.

then both have failed to update because I have tried both of them and have gotten it from both items. have not tried the last one as I am currently too broke to try it. hmm.

Good to know I'm not the only one having this problem. I tried to buy the same listing and several other items, all of which had the same problem.
