Marketplace listing can not be bought or cancelled

I have a listing for a Kitten Star Tree Topper in my shop on the Marketplace. I got the item from the holiday event, it was not obtained through trades or hacking. I put in on the marketplace as I normally would. I was recently contacted by user Amami Hatake, who told me whenever she tried to buy my Kitten Star off of the Marketplace, it would give her an error message and not allow her to buy it. She asked for a trade so she could get it, so I went to cancel the item. When I typed in my correct password, I got this error message: http://tinypic.com/r/a2bzuw/6

What should I do?
