Why can't I sell these back to the gold shop? The FAQ for the lottery said that we could if we didnt win

I may have missed it, but have they announced the winners? Maybe once everything's done, they'd let you sell them.

try going into organized inventory and sell them back through there. When I tried it, it said that I could...
