Loyal's Bazaar glitch ?

How is the Loyal's Bazaar set up.
The first day i Look at the page it tells me to Log in for the next 47 days
But the page has " To join Log in for 75 out of 90 days "

i was asking around and The shop might be glichy. My friend Logs in more days in a row then me so i asked her to check so she could send me a pick of the open stor page. (the inside)

it sed she had 20 days to get in. After 20 days after she sed it only moved to 17 days and after it went up to 19 days. We would Like to join. But i don't see any fast way to do it.
i know she Logs in ever day and it is rare for her to miss a day.

if i have never click on the stor with this account it should read 75 days left but it is 47
and there is nothing telling me if i need 47 days in a row or not.
What can you tell me about who set up the shop and how to get in.

1: What is the fastest way to get in ?
2: is there a slow way too ? ( because i bet i can't be on 47 days in a row or even 20 )
3: Who set up the shop so we know who to ask about bugs in the direction.

or is there a better place to Look.

It's glitched
All you can do is keep logging in

Some people claim if you don't check the shop at all until you get in it works, on top of making sure your account isn't set to remember me

Others say if you KNOW you're supposed to have access you can file a ticket about it

Also just so you know the timer on it resets every so often
So if you need to log in x out of 90 days, when the next time period comes up if you didn't meet the requirements you'd be booted out and have to start again

I've heard that if you have logged in the required amount of days and still don't have access, then you can PM a mod and they can help you get in. (or maybe file a ticket)
