However, I instead got the Spirited Majoko Eyes which should be from the next tier up.
Any fixes for this? I don't want the human item, and if it is advertised cheaper then I should have gotten it.

The same thing happened to me. I'm quite disappointed because I don't use a human base anymore so that's why I specifically made sure to donate the amount needed for the animal version of the eyes.

You guys should file tickets about it. It's the best way to alert staff to the error.
