i was suposed to get an item but no floaty box?

I log in and there was a supprised face and a exclamation mark beside it. there was no floaty box that i had to click. i checked my inventory and nothing was there but my normal items. can some tell me why there was no floaty box given me an item because i really want to get the item that is rightfully mine.

it might have been a "pinklink" that they were alerting you to- it isn't always a box or a trunk. next time, if you can't find your event, scroll down to the very bottom of the page. it'll say "if you can't see your event, click here!"; click on it, and you'll get whatever the event was trying to give you.

You should get a second chance, click around the site a bit.

There should be a link at the bottom of the page even when there's no item showing up.

also, most of the time if you miss an event, it gives you a second chance in a bit. so don't lose hope!
