I put a ticket in a month ago to get my old accounts back, and it is still showing as open, and no contact about it whatsoever. Does it usually take this long? mad

Yes it does and there are others who have waited longer than that. Tickets are taken care of in the order they are received so you just need to be patient.

before the backup that started sometime around November 14 days to a month was the average. unfortunately a bunch of people got their accounts frozen back then when they tweaked the inactivity freeze system and it got even worse when people got impatient and started filing repeat tickets. so right now people are waiting months for them to get to their tickets.
