If it was in meebo, I have no idea how to access one of those.
However, report the user. It's good enough.
Also, I suggest going to the website it was hosted or made on, and ask for them to shut the link down.

then by their picture,
theres an arrow down.
the options are view profile, share this page, block, and report.
press the report button.
you're done!
