how do i edit my footer

i havent used it in so long i forgot how you edit your footer, i dont want to remove the links that are there, i just want to add some links but no matter what i do it doesnt seem to work so i dont know what im doing wrong
im sure its something simple im missing but idk what
how is this done?

Go to the page you want to add to your quick links; Click the little + beside where it says "quick links" or "edit". Name it as you see fit. Click "save"
