The problem is that the Aquarium's menu doesn't show up on some browsers (IE).
The links for the different tabs are still active, they're just invisible.

heart Try Chrome and click the line that shows Decoration and Background. If you have items they will show under those subtitles. I have to use Chrome for Aquarium and Cash shop. Towns work best for me on Chrome too. Alchemy only works on Firefox for me.
