Use's You're arms?, like it's a top but when i put it on the arm icon's there, i think this's pretty dumb since i can't hold anything when i put it on, is it an item or a top?, it can't be both, and it's silly.

The chest plate isn't really a glitch, but since the Feedback forum has become a place for constant B&M-ing, you can try posting in the Avatar Item Glitch Report Thread

Bear in mind it was a sponsorship item, so that might be how the sponsor wanted it to be designed
