Heart Charms

Does anyone know if the heart charms that were once a possible grant in Philosopher's Cache were removed? I've opened up nearly 500 now and not one heart charm has granted. The grant was far higher days ago. Even saw a thread in which people were posting their results. Any info on whether they've been completely removed? Or possibly nerfed?

Nope, it's still there. Though keep in mind that it's rare. After all, the cache is still a CI. I assume you've seen this thread? The probability is just an estimation based on the data that has been given. It's not completely accurate.
