Hello again Gaia it's been a while...
I heard things have inflated since I was last here and came back to check it out and WOAH.

Anyhow, I get this message when trying to log in.

I filed a 60 month reactivation thing and they fixed that but I still get this. Should I file a Hacking Report even though I don't think I've been hacked?

The message tells you to file a hacking report, so you should file a hacking report. The link to do so [if it's not included in the message you received] is on the bottom of the forum index page. Make sure you fill in every box and get a confirmation number when you submit your report.
