My roommate found a floating box and tried to click it. It brought her to the redemption screen and she tried to click that. But something happened and she does not have her box. I faintly remember there used to be a recovery link for boxes. But I don't remember the link, or know if it still works.

Is there still a link for recovering a box that WAS clicked, and confirmed, but not obtained? If there is, please tell me.

There used to be, but the recovery links no longer work. Now if you miss a box, you miss it. You don't get a second chance at it
