How long would it take at most for me to get the donation items?

Usually they come instantly but I donated 27.50 just now and I don't have anything yet. This happenned once before but it worked out then. I'm worried now because when it was all done and I was clicking the button to go back to gaia, I went to google, then hit back, then the button. And now I don't see my items. Should I worry?
