Could be lag. Wait 24 hours for it to appear.
If it doesn't file a ticket under Issues with Items and Gold.

Also, have you tried checking your locker? This doesn't happen as often as it used to, but sometimes items will magically appear in there.

Another thing, I've purchased items in the past that didn't appear to show up in my invo, but I could find them when I hit the option to organize my invo. Worth a shot to check if you haven't already.

This is true.

It can help if you used the search in your inventory. Also, if you go to the MP and look for the item, it will tell you that you already own it.
