Cash Card Question

They have 5 doller Cash Cards don't they? (like at CVS
or Wallgreens, places close to my house.)

I went to CVS a few months ago for a card and
all I saw were 10 and 20$..(they 10$ cards were
Not even registered in they're system so I was
stuck getting a 20$ card)

Other then CVS & Wallgreens there
is no place close to get a cash card.
Any other place is either downtown,
up north or in the state next to us -.-
